High School Swim Team Update - Week of 11/28/22

Good evening,

I hope that everyone had a nice holiday with family and friends! Our team reminders and schedule for this week are included below.

Reminders:
1.) Our first meet is this Saturday against Hilltopper Invitational. Entry list will be posted at practice this week.
2.) Pay to play has been posted for the swim team roster in Infinite Campus. The due date is our first meet on Saturday 12/3. If there are any errors or questions, please reach out to the athletic office. Thank you!
3.) Please be sure that you are getting to practice on time. On time is in the building at 2:45 pm, not 3:00 pm.
4.) Please be sure that you are getting missed practices made up. Remember that you have two practice options to meet daily attendance.
5.) For practice, remember your suit, towel, goggles, cap, and change of clothes.

High School Swim Team Update - Week of 11/21/22

Good afternoon everyone,

Congratulations to the Juniors for claiming the early-season water polo title! Another big shout out to the Freshmen for their hard-earned victory while short several players! Our reminders and schedule for this week are included below.

Reminders:

1.) We have a swimmer that reached out about having a great experience and success working with a nutrition coach last season. If you are interested in the benefits of a nutrition program and working with the nutrition coach, please check out the following website and reach out to coach dana@dv8nutrition.com. Group rates are available if 5+ swimmers sign up.
2.) When you have a moment, please vote on the spirit wear design for the 2022-2023 season. Spirit wear will be on heather gray clothing items this season. We will send the link to the team store when voting concludes.
3.) Pay to play has been posted for the swim team roster in Infinite Campus. The due date is our first meet on Dec 3rd. If there are any errors or questions, please reach out to the athletic office. Thank you!
4.) If you have not received your team warm-up, please see coaches at practice.
5.) Swimmers have two practice options to meet daily attendance. If you are not attending either practice on a day, please send us a quick email with the date and reason (doc appointment, family emergency, sick, sport, etc.) so that we can update attendance. High School Swim Team Update - Week of 11/14/22

Good morning everyone,

Good work at our first round of time trials last week. Keep up the hard work at practice! Our reminders and schedule for this week are included below.

Reminders:
1.) Senior banner pictures will be taken Friday, Nov 18th, at 2:35 pm in the gym hallway/gym. For pictures, please wear team warm-up jacket and black pants. Swimmers will have their pictures taken first so that they are able to attend practice after.
2.) Team warm-ups will be assigned and passed out at practice starting Wednesday. Please remember that you are responsible for the assigned jacket over the course of the season.
3.) Pay to play has been posted for the swim team roster in Infinite Campus. The due date is our first meet on Dec 3rd. If there are any errors or questions, please reach out to the athletic office. Thank you!

If you are not attending either practice on a day, please send us a quick email with the date and reason (doc appointment, family emergency, sick, sport, etc.) so that we can update attendance. It is best to get those made up as soon as possible. Thank you!
2.) If you are renewing a physical, please be sure to get FinalForms and your clearance page turned in as soon as possible.
