High School Swiw Team Update - Information and Sign-up

Good morning everyone,

I hope your start to the school year has been going well!  I am reaching out with a few pieces of information for the upcoming High School swim season.



We will have an athlete and parent meeting at the HS in the Paradigm on Wednesday October 2nd to prepare for the season. The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.

High School Team Information Packet

If you are interested in joining the team, please complete these items:
- Team Google form signup linked here for 2024-2025. This will ensure you are added to the email list and receive all of the important reminders and newsletter updates.
- FinalForms for OHSAA Athletic Physical and Emergency Medical information by your first day of practice. Physicals are good for 13 months from when you last received one. They are good for all school sports.

We will also have optional strength and conditioning workouts at the new stadium weight room from 6:15-7:15 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the season begins. These will start tomorrow evening for anyone interested. There will not be lifting on Tuesday Oct 1st because of conferences. 

If you are able to help us out with concessions volunteers, we would greatly appreciate it. All teams at the HS get put into a rotation to cover these events for Cardinal Parents Club. In return, Cardinal Parents Club is able to provide some great things for the teams like paying for team awards nights, scholarships, and helping with equipment and rental fees. Middle School Swim Team Update - Team Information and Sign-up

Good morning everyone,

I hope your start to the school year has been going well! I am reaching out to everyone who was on the middle school team as a seventh-grader last season. Your class had much to celebrate, with many additions to the top-times lists, personal bests, team wins, and high performance in the classroom.

We hope that you have an interest in continuing to swim for the team this season. There are a couple of upcoming meetings for the middle school team this year.

 


Shore Interest Meeting: Wed 9/11, 3:45-4:15 PM in the Shore Library/Nest
Memorial Interest Meeting: Thu 9/12, 3:45-4:15 PM in the Memorial Auditorium
--- No worries If you cannot attend the interest meeting; I know many of you are in fall sports and activities. Please plan to attend the athlete/parent meeting ---
Athlete Parent Meeting: Tue 9/17, 6:00 PM in the High School Paradigm Building
