Second Week Reminders:
1.) Lake Health is graciously hosting a dedication ceremony for Coach Heller at 3:00pm Tuesday Oct 30th in the pool at the start of practice. Hope to see you there!
2.) If you did not have a chance to turn in your forms yet, or you haven’t been at practice because of a fall sport/activity, please be sure to get FinalForms and your physical turned in as soon as possible.
3.) For practice absences, please send us a quick email me with date and reason (doc appointment, family emergency, sick, sport, etc) so that we can update attendance. Thank you!
4.) For practice, bring a one-piece suit, goggles, and towel.
