We hope everyone has been doing well! As we gear up for the start of the season, please take a moment to look over the reminders and our weekly schedule listed below. I am happy to help if you have any questions.
Reminders:
1.) If you have not already done so, please make sure that you have completed the team Google Form sign-up so that you are able to receive the weekly newsletter and updates.
2.) Please be sure that you indicated in Google Forms if you are part of HS Band, HS Cheer, HS Football, HS Volleyball, and/or HS Cross Country. If you forgot, please send me an email to let me know. This will help us immensely with attendance as the fall seasons conclude and winter seasons begin.
3.) Final Forms need to be completed for the first day a swimmer will participate. This includes an athletic physical (will be the last page as you fill out FinalForms). Physicals are good for 13 months. If you have participated in another school sport or activity, please double-check that you have swimming selected in Final Forms. Forms can be handed to coaches at practice.
4.) For arrival/pick-up, please continue to use the front door and main lobby of the facility.
5.) For practice, please bring your suit, towel, goggles, cap (if you prefer one), and water bottle (if you prefer one).

Fri 10/25 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 (State-wide beginning of the season)
