Middle School Swim Team Update - Team Interest and Parent Meetings

Good afternoon everyone,

I hope your start to the school year has been going well!  I am reaching out with information about the upcoming Mentor Middle School swim season.  Last year's team had much to celebrate, with many additions to the top-times lists, personal bests, team wins, and high performance in the classroom.  We hope that you are interested in helping the team continue that success this season.  Listed below are the dates and times for interest meetings at each middle school and our parent meeting at the high school.



Memorial Interest Meeting: Tue 9/8, 3:45-4:15 PM in the Memorial Auditorium
Shore Interest Meeting: Wed 9/9, 3:45-4:15 PM in the Shore Library/Nest
--- No worries If you cannot attend the interest meeting; I know many of you are in fall sports and activities. Please plan to attend the athlete/parent meeting ---
Athlete Parent Meeting: Wed 9/16, 6:00 PM in the High School Paradigm Building

If you are interested in joining the team, please complete these items:
- Team Google form signup linked here for 2026-2027. This will ensure you are added to the email list and receive all of the important reminders and newsletter updates.

- FinalForms for OHSAA Athletic Physical and Emergency Medical information by your first day of practice. Physicals are good for 13 months from when you last received one. They are good for all school sports.
