Good afternoon everyone,
Hope everyone was able to enjoy the weekend and get some rest as we head toward Sectionals! Our team reminders and weekly schedule are included below.
Reminders:
1.) It is important to be at practice each day as we taper. We will drop practice yardage and intensity over our remaining practices to set ourselves up for the best performance at our championship meets.
2.) Please make sure that we are making good decisions on taper to set ourselves up for that success. This includes eating as clean/healthy as we can, making sure we are getting enough rest, avoiding activities that might be strenuous or an injury risk. I am so proud of how hard everyone has worked to get to this point.
3.) For practice, please bring your suit, towel, goggles, cap (if you prefer one), and water bottle (if you prefer one).

Mon 2/9 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 pm
Tue 2/10 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 pm
Wed 2/11 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 pm
Thu 2/12 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 pm
Thu 2/12 - Team pasta party (Kuta)
Fri 2/13 - Swim practice at UH Wellness 2:45-5:00 pm
Sun 2/15 - Meet at CSU against Sectionals. Bus TBA. Start 10:00 am.
